Guaranteed pass
Workplace Law Training are proud to offer a guaranteed pass for all students studying our IOSH Managing Safely certificate courses.
Our guaranteed pass scheme means that all students who have taken the IOSH Managing Safely Certificate with Workplace Law will be given full access to our e-learning course until they have passed the final assessments.
Terms and conditions of the guaranteed pass scheme:
Classroom and blended courses
- The student attends every day of the course for its entirety. Significantly late arrival or early departure will exclude you from the guaranteed pass scheme at the tutor's discretion.
- The student is committed to the course and takes full part in classroom work and excercises and finishes any work set to be completed in their own time outside of classroom study.
E-learning - Single user licence
When you sign up for the IOSH Managing Safely E-learning or Blended learning courses, you will be given access to the Workplace Law Direct Study Centre as a single user. Only you will be permitted to access the IOSH workbook and only you will be able to take the online assessments. Any breach of the single user licence will be regarded as a breach of copyright and appropriate legal action will be taken.
